Emerging Technologies (INTP-301-F) Blog

 My name is Adrian Echano, and I am from the Philippines. Back home, I was a data analyst, mostly performing jobs related to economics (world commodity prices, price and supply of basic goods in the Philippines, trades, and policies on consumer protection, among others). When I came to Canada, I chose to study Information Technology because, ever since I was a child, I have been fascinated with computers and how various technologies can do amazing things and help humans with our daily lives.  My areas of interest in Information Technology are AI, cloud technology, and hardware. Right now, my strength is more on the hardware since I have experience building my own PC and have some experience in troubleshooting. I want to develop my coding skills because I think this is my ultimate weakness when it comes to IT.
