access to up to date training content ensuring employees are well informed on
the regulatory policies essential, for compliance.

learning or mLearning is a technology that continues to grow and improve with
the advancement of tech mobile devices, on the scene. The convenience of being
able to access training materials through smartphones or tablets via an
application provided by Learning Management System providers is a significant benefit.
Mobile apps have the capability to share file formats like bite modules and
podcasts, for educational purposes. Additionally, gamification is often
incorporated by LMS providers to enhance engagement in their applications.
Learning becomes more captivating when incorporating elements of gaming such,
